The agendas and minutes published here are for the convenience of the public.  While every effort is made to assure accuracy, the public is advised that only the original documents on file at City Hall and with the Office of the City Clerk, and copies thereof, are official.

The City of Nevada is committed to the openness of government as it clearly states in Section 610.011 of the Missouri Sunshine Law.

There are several ways in which you can research Council and appointed City Boards agendas, minutes, ordinances, resolutions, contract and support documents.

• Council Agendas & Minutes. (2009 & 2010) If you need to find what is being proposed or has been proposed before council this is place to start.
• Proposed Ordinances and Resolutions. (in progress) This is the place to find what changes are being presented before the City Council.
• Appointed Boards & Commission Agendas & Minutes. (in progress) To see what the various boards are working on and considering check here
• Archives Documents. (in progress) This repository will only included approved and signed documentation.
