The Housing Authority of the City of Nevada, Missouri will receive sealed bids for Capital Funds Program for: The Housing Authority of The City of Nevada, Missouri, Chapman Estates Accessibility 2012 until 2:00 pm (local time) on Thursday, July 12, 2012, in the Office Building of the Housing Authority of the City of Nevada located at 1117 North West Street, Nevada, Missouri, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 9:00 am (local time) on Thursday, July 5, 2012. This meeting will commence in the Office of the Housing Authority at 1117 North West Street, Nevada, Missouri. Proposal forms and contract documents including specifications and plans are on file for viewing only at the Housing Authority Office. Copies of the documents may be obtained at the office of the Architect, Esterly, Schneider & Associates, Inc., AIA, located at 1736 E. Sunshine, Suite 417, Springfield, MO 65804 upon receiving $25.00 in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the Nevada Housing Authority, which will be refunded to each Contractor submitting a bona fide proposal, and upon the safe and undamaged return of drawings and specifications within ten (10) days after date set for opening of proposals. A non-refundable separate check for shipping charges in the amount of $9.00 per set of plans and specifications made payable to Esterly, Schneider & Associates, Inc., must be sent with plan deposit.
The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
